Hello.
Many users have reported that they have not received the activation email required to activate their account, or that the activation code does not match.
This has been happening frequently for the past three days.
Could this be due to a plugin update, a problem with emails not being sent, or a problem with the activation code?
I have checked with the member about the situation.
They said that they did not receive the activation email, and it is not in their spam folder either.
As a result, I have some questions about the emails automatically sent by the Simple Membership plugin.
1. Is it possible for the email client to reject the email? Also, is there a way to prevent it from being classified as spam?
2. Is it possible that the automatically sent email is sent with a delay, such as 30 minutes later? Is there a way to tell if it has been received?
Sorry for asking so many questions.
Please check.
Please enable the debug logs. If the log says the email was successfully sent; the issue is external to the plugin.
Also, please review this section of the documentation:

Thank you for your reply.
I enabled the debug log using the URL you linked to help me, and the following log was output, but did not receive an automatically sent email.
[2024/12/19 11:40:35] - SUCCESS: Member registration complete email sent to: XXXXXXXXX@XXXXXXXXX.com. From email address value used: SITE_NAME <YYYYYYYYY@YYYYYYYYY.com>
It is an issue that the email is being identified as spam, but the biggest problem is that the email itself is not being received.
