[Resolved] Contributing?

Is the repository pubicly available for contributors to submit pull requests? Here is a simple change I would want to make:

In classes/class.swpm-log.php, line 59:

fpassthru( $fp );

Change to:

if (function_exists('fpassthru')) {
    fpassthru($fp);
} else {
    echo stream_get_contents($fp);
}

Unless you have other alternatives that should be considered. I am unable to view the debug log on a server hosting my site because they have disabled the fpassthru function.
