    The registration form built with form builder does not retain the information users enter when registering. Any advice on how to fix this – quickly?

    Hi can you provide more information please. What Form Builder add-on version are you running? Can you also enable debug mode and check the log file.

    When selecting update plugin, it states this (2.6) is the latest version.

    Is there some way to get more and timely help on this plugin error? We are not able to provide user information to our site users.

    Hi, the Form Builder add-on is a paid add-on. Therefore you need to request a new version through the link I provided above.
