Do you have any SWPM debug logs to show? Also, do you have a live URL and directions of how we can observe this issue?

There are no errors in the plugin, I have the debug box checked: https://www.casasoptimus.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/06/2024-06-05-50.png

Here’s the image of the error: https://www.casasoptimus.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/06/2024-06-04.png

This is the url of the memberships: https://www.casasoptimus.com/membership-join/

    Thanks

When I click any of the “Subscribe Now” buttons on the page, I go directly to a “Pay With PayPal” page and do not receive an error.

I am using the latest version of Chrome, Version 125.0.6422.142 (Official Build) (64-bit).

Do you have any caching on the site? The following page is good to read:

Hello! Thanks for replying! The problem according to the console was the page cache… We fixed it before you saw the message, however the error still persists in the PayPal buttons of the API, for this reason we put normal buttons. Thank you

We’re going to modify that in W3T, however what happens when the website is multilingual and the join us page has other pages, in English, Spanish, Russian, German, etc.. Do we have to block from clearing the cache to all pages of different languages as well?

When using W3 Total Cache, please ensure you have it configured accordingly:

We understand that we have to change the W3T configuration but what happens when the website is multilingual and the join us page where the buttons are has other pages, in English, Spanish, Russian, German, etc. Do we have to block from clearing the cache to all pages of different languages as well? or just the main page where the language plugin gets all the content from?

    Thanks

Rule of thumb… if you have to “do it” for an English page, then you must “do it” for the others.

I have tried to add the other pages of other languages of membership-join as the following /af/membership-join/ but it does not work for me and the problem of the api PayPal button persists, I do not know how to add the other pages of other languages so that W3TC does not cache them

I checked the buttons now and they worked for me. Is there any particular sequence or event that makes it stop working?

I would like to review the debug log file to gather more details, as it can provide useful clues. This issue might be related to a conflict with another plugin on the site rather than a caching issue. Please use the contact form on the site to get in touch, and mention this forum post for reference.

Hello! A pleasure! The problem is that I didn’t know how to use the language plugin and they are the ones who have to be asked to cache those pages, but it’s already resolved, thank you very much for everything.
