    Hi,

    I’m having a hard time figuring out where my error is. I’ve set up the plugin and completed 2 test transactions through PayPal. In both cases the payment went through right away, and the payment information is showing up in the plugin with the corresponding membership level.

    However, the “Complete Your Registration” email was never sent or received. (Yes I checked Spam.)

    I can’t even re-send because neither transaction was added to the Members list (only the Payments list).

    Here’s what I’m seeing in the debug file:

    What do you think? Any reason why those default emails aren’t sending?

    Hi, looking at your log file above everything looks okay to me.

    Did you test a different e-mail addresses? Can you also verify that the transaction was approved in your PayPal account?

    Another user had a similar experienced as you and there registration e-mail took about 2 hours to land in the inbox.

    I can see in the log file the following IPN successfully verified message. I assume you enabled and set up correctly the IPN in your PayPal account?
