[Resolved] Membership level upgrade not taking effect

Hello,

I’ve found if a member is logged into their account when a membership level change takes place, The new membership level will not be available to the member until they log out and back in. This leads to quite a few support calls from our members.

We can either instruct the member to log out/login or we can go into the WordPress users area and log them out. Does the Simple Membership plugin offer any built in solutions?
