The 2024 theme uses the newish navigation tab to modify the menu contents. Any advice on getting it to work with the traditional appearance>menu options?

    Thanks!

All premium addons support the default WP themes. If an issue arises with a premium addon, you should open a Premium Addon Support ticket, and a developer will contact you.

Would I be provided a refund if it doesn’t work? I don’t see a policy anywhere.

That is up to the developer. They will however, attempt to make a best effort to solve any issues.
