    Hi

    We had this set up and all was working well.

    However, we are now receiving payments (via stripe) for subscriptions but with no corresponding user account being established and the payments don’t show in the payment list under membership.

    DO we need to add the woocommerce plugin for this to work?

    Can you provide more information regarding the comment above? For example: Are you using our plugin or WooCommerce plugin for the Stripe subscriptions? Are these new subscriptions and or PayPal subscriptions converted to Stripe?
