Can anyone help!
We have members signing up to join us, but as part of there membership there have to upload an image of themself and 2 forms of ID. But its very hit and miss if it works and does not get any error when trying to upload.
Any suggestions how i can sort this out?
By “hit and miss,” do you mean that sometimes the uploads fail? That is not an SWPM issue. It is more related to such issues such as your hosting provider, and the quality of the Internet where the server and the users are located.
Also, depending on the laws of your country; you may or may not be subject to regulations, concerning the collection and storage of Personally Identifiable Information (PII).
What kind of site are you running? Perhaps you could use a 3rd party identity verification service.
Hi,
Yes it is to do with the upload failing.
I thought it was to do with as you said, just a pain. I will have a chat with my host provider.
Thanks
