Tagged: Redirect after login
Hi!
I really love the simple membership plugin, which I’m using in a non-profit orchestra. I’d love to use a redirect feature, which allows me to cycle links into the restricted part, the musicians, click the link, are transferred to the login and after issuing their user/password back to the initial link.
It seems to work in the first half:
intern.landesblasorchester.de/formulare/
transfers me to the need to login via
intern.landesblasorchester.de/?swpm_redirect_to=https%3A%2F%2Fintern.landesblasorchester.de%2Fformulare%2F
As expected, the link to the initial page gets transferred to the login page.
But, now it comes: after logging in I will not be transferred to the intern.landesblasorchester.de/formulare/ page.
I played around with the settings in intern.landesblasorchester.de/wp-admin/admin.php?page=swpm-login-redirection but was not able to get my expected behavior.
Is this a bug or do I need to do some different configuration?
Any hints appreciated!
So, what you are asking for is…
No matter where a person lands on the site; you want them to be redirected to a login page, and then BACK to where they began? Is that the gist of what you are trying to do?
yes, exactly
