Is there a way to make it so that the default protection for posts. topics. pages is Yes, protect this content.
In other words if a person posts a posts, topic, or page it defaults to protected.
Is this what you are trying to do?
Full Page Protection Addon for Simple Membership

What I want is:
A. Non-members are not able to see any topics in the forum.
B. All members are able to see topics in the forum.
C. Thus I want ALL topic posts protected.
D. I do not want it when a topic poster goes to create a topic to have the option at the bottom of the page to choose if the topic is protected or not, or to choose what level to protect the topic.
Right now when they go to post a topic it shows the default for the topic post is unprotected and they can choose what membership level can view the topic.
You use the word “forum” and “topics.” Are you talking about something like bbPress, or are you talking about normal WordPress posts?
yes bbpress. I am using the bbpress addon for simplepress
The bbPress addon is a premium addon; which entitles you to premium support. Please open a premium addon support ticket, and a developer will contact you.
