    Hi,

    I am using paypal subscription button and it is set to different membership level.
    My question is, will it automatically update/change the user role after the payment?

    Hi,

    I have created 3 buttons “monthly, quarterly and yearly” each of it has different membership level access. After the payment, under the users tab the role is not updated but on WP Membership users, role is updated.

    Hi, yes that is the correct process. The User’s tab only displays that a new user has been added but the user is control by Simple Membership plugin. This is how the plugin has been designed.
