Hi,
Anywhere I add the displaying of post shortcode:
[posts num=”5″ words_num=”15″ img_size=”portfolio-lg” orient=”horizontal” cols=”3cols” link_txt=”Read More”]
the page automatically gets protected: “This content is not permitted for your membership level.”
Even I set the page to “No, Do not protect this content. “
Hi can you also confirm that the category for that post is also not protected?
Hi, yes. Its not protected.
Hi, what happens if you simply type some text and not the shortcode? Try it and see what happens. If you still get locked out. Create a new test post. Type some text and see if you can view it.
Its not locked anymore if I’ll add a normal text.
Hi, any update about the shortcode issue?
Hi, it is probably a conflict between the plugin or theme you use with the shortcode and Simple Membership.
