SWPM has been on my website two years now. I have paid membership registration using the process flow outlined in the plugin document. The payment method is by PayPal. I have “Send Notification to Admin” enabled. The content of the notification email includes the new registrant’s {first_name} and {last_name}. This has been working beautifully. The admin received email notification whenever a new member completed the registration process.With my last new registration, something unusual happened. The new registrant paid and completed the registration. SWMP sent out an email notification to admin, as usual. But this time, the {first_name} and {last_name} fields contained names that were not the new registrant’s. The Members tab, Payment tab in SWMP Setting and the transaction log in PayPal all recorded the correct person of the new registrant. So I am puzzled as to how this wrong name got into the notification email.
Please advise. I need to correct this so it will not happen again. Thanks in advance.

ModeratorIs this a random, or consistent occurrence? If random, how often does it occur? Also, please turn on the debug logs, and try to correlate these incidents to the log entries.

ParticipantThis was the first time it happened. So I tell whether or not it is random.
I did have the the SWPM debug turned on. Every thing was successful. The first name, last name and email address of the new registrant were all correct in the log.I also have MailChimp integration addon installed. I can see the wrong name (James Bihar) in the log:

ModeratorSince that was your “first time,” we don’t have much to go on. It might have been a caching issue of some kind.
