I’m using the Simple Membership Form Builder Addon.
The edit PROFILE form, does not allow me hide the “username” or “membership level” fields. Other fields can be hidden by setting “Show to Admin Only” option to YES.The end-user cannot change their username. As such I would like the ability to hide the username (and membership level) from the edit profile page.
