We currently use the basic plugin but wish to add some new features which might be possible with the Form Builder and Directory Options. Can you confirm if we add these we can provide the following features?
1. For members (ie not admins) to search the directory by the custom field contents
2. To message other members via this directory so that WordPress sends another member an email without their email being revealed to the first member. TO rephrase this “member A” want to send a message to “member B”, we do not publish email addresses, but member A can ask the system to message member BAssuming these are possible can we pay for and load the premium addons to our development site while we test and set it all up, and then move them to the live site?

There already is a Membership Directory Listing addon, that includes a search function:

I had not thought of custom work but we will consider it if we cannot find another solution.
