ParticipantThis plugin is breaking my site and distorting pages according to my technical person. We believe it had a bad update that’s causing it to misbehave. Please help, as this is one of my favorite plugins!

ModeratorYou have a plugin that is preventing us from inspecting the page rendering. Please disable it. And while you’re at it; did you make any changes to your theme or its CSS lately?

ParticipantYes, I changed my theme last month as my old them was discontinued. I am not sure what plugin that could be, that is ” preventing us from inspecting the page rendering” I do have a copyright plugin. Maybe it’s my Digiprove? I am not sure.

ParticipantAlright, I will have the plugin disabled for most of today only. It is very important that our site has a copyright protection.
Please let me know when you are done investigating.

ModeratorI think the issue is theme related. The page of the link you provided, has a section called “Let’s Get Started” in which the errors first appear. Depending upon the width of the (Chrome) viewport, when I have inspection mode open; the section either appears garbled, or it appears normal.
Are you using a mobile theme, that tries to adjust the page content; depending upon the viewport size?

ParticipantNo, I am not using a mobile theme. I am using DIVI. Is the plugin compatible with DIVI from https://www.elegantthemes.com/

ModeratorWhat I’m saying, is the screen rendering changes, whenever I adjust the width of the viewport. Open that link you posted; in a seperate browser window. Now start reducing the width of the open window. As the window (viewport) size shrinks, the garbled text on the page fixes itself. This is indicative of a CSS or theme issue. The plugin has nothing to do with this.
