    Hi
I’ve done various searches of the forum but not quite found the answer, so hoping you can help.
I have a site which I have created using Oxygen Builder.
I’m using wp rocket for cache and have excluded the URL /membership-login/ and also never cache cookies wptouch_switch_toggle and swpm_in_use cookies under advanced rules.
When testing the setup I am still experiencing a few issues of being unable to login as the login page just keeps reappearing and doesn’t move on to the content for that free level.
I have raised the question of caching with my web host.
My questions at this stage are if they are also caching the site…
    1) should they add /membership-login/ as I have above?
    2) should they add the cookies as above too
    3) should I add the protected content pages url’s to the never cache url’s
    4) should my web host add the protected content pages url’s to the never cache url’s

Sorry if thats a little long winded and hope you can help.
    Many thanks
    Mark

Does “everything work,” if you disable your caching?

The only two caching plugins that we “officially” support are WP Super Cache and W3 Total Cache.

    Hi
    Thanks for the reply.
Doesn’t seem to make any difference to the issue whether I disable my cache or not.

So could be down to my webhost fastcomet and their caching.

    1) should webhost add /membership-login/ to their do not cache as I have?
    2) should they add the cookies wptouch_switch_toggle and swpm_in_use too?
    3) should I add the ‘protected content’ pages url’s to the never cache url’s in my cache?
    4) should my web host add the protected content pages url’s to their never cache url’s too?

    Thanks

You should ask your hosting provider to not enable ANY caching on your server, until you can get it to work. And having “double caching” does not really help; they should just disable your server’s cache module.

    Hi
I’ll start by saying thanks, at least you replied.
Not answered my specific questions for a second time.
    I won’t be asking again.
