SWPM Misc Shortcodes
When I use the shortcut to upgrade from Levek 3 to 4, it works fine. But my levels start at 22 and when I try to level up to 23 I get the error message “Update failed. The response is not a valid JSON response” does anyone know what to do ?

No, nothing is paid for lvel 22 and level 23. Level 22 and 23 Free of charge from level 24 is paid.

What I meant to ask is, is “Level 23” the levels name and 23 the levels ID number. For example: “level=”23”.

The name of the level ID 22 is Free the name of the level id 23 is Collector. So I tried in another installation to increase from level 2 to level 3 that works immediately. In this installation I have tested before eniges therefore the ID of the level is so high. I want to increase a level from level id “22” to level id “23” which ends with this error message. Thus I can not save the post or the page in WordPress.

With this particular shortcode, it doesn’t really matter if the level is paid or not. The ID value of the level doesn’t matter. There is likely some kind of conflict happening somewhere.
Can you please make sure to download a fresh new copy of the addon to make sure the copy you have hasn’t been messed up somehow:
https://simple-membership-plugin.com/simple-membership-miscellaneous-shortcodes-addon/Deactivate the delete the currently installed copy of the addon. Then upload and activate the newly downloaded one.
Is your admin user also part of simple membership (meaning you imported that user to SWPM)?
https://simple-membership-plugin.com/giving-wordpress-admin-user-access-protected-content/If you did, does that user belong to level 22 or 23? That could be affecting things when you are trying to save the post.
Does this happen with any other membership levels or just this 22 and 23?
