My client bought 3 plugins (premium) and sent me (the dev) the download links. I didn’t know there was only 48 hours to buy, so the links expired. I’ve sent multiple emails to premium support, since last week, and no response. How do I get the plugins we paid for, how do we reset the download links?
The emails from you seem to be bouncing. I got an undelivered email report in our spam box. It bounced with the following error from Gmail. Maybe it’s not 100% relevant but I thought of mentioning it:
Host or domain name not found. Name service error for name=alfonsocapella.com type=MX: Host not found, try againI sent another email to the address you are using for your forum profile. Lets see if you receive that email.
