ParticipantHi,
I have been configuring and testing my site extensively over the last week, and everything was working perfectly.
Today, I have updated to Version 4.1.3 and now I can not get the registration of new users to work again. When I attempt to simulate a new user registering for the first time (free membership), then I get this error:
“Error! Security check failed for membership level identifier validation.
The submitted membership level data does not match.
If you are using caching please empty the cache data and try again.
If you are using the Form Builder addon, please update the addon and try again.”Simple Membership Form Builder is on Version 4.9.8
I will appreciate any all help as we were planning to open new event registrations for our sports club today, which we now have to delay until this issues is resolved.
Thanks in advance

ParticipantThank you – have done so.
It is not clear whether this is a premium addon issue seeing that I did not change anything with the addon itself.

ParticipantHave the same issue, seems to only break when the Form Builder Addon is enabled. I have it work fine on another site I manage, with older Forms Builder version 4.6.3. So I’m thinking there is a compatibility issue with the addon and the main plugin. I put in a premium support request as well.

KeymasterHi Kat, Which email address did you use for the submission? It looks to be different than the one you are using for the forum user profile. Once you tell me the email address you used, I will double check that your submission has been replied to.
