I’m having the same issue. I get a “must be logged in to comment” message when I’m logged in on the site. I’m wondering if there are more than one log ins — one for simple membership and one as a site customer (under woo commerce).
Whatever the issue, I can’t seem to enable comments on my posts without running into this message.
On my side, OPCAAW, if the member is logged, and able to see the post content, the comments are visible too.
I would like the comments to be visible to any web user (members and non-members).
Hi Eric,
You should have a Simple WP Membership panel lower down on the page when you create or edit a post that allows you to check whether you wish to protect the content of the posts or not. If you check “No, do not protect this content” then the post should be viewable whether the person looking at the post is logged in or not.
Hi !
I want to protect the post content (and it is protected), but I don’t want to protect the comments left on it.
Thanks
