Hi,
When people go through our member application process they are asked to create a user name and a password and enter their email address. Then they are taken to PayPal but are never asked to complete the user information fields to create their full profile.
Is there a way to force people to enter all the required fields on the profile form before they go to the payment portal to complete their application process.
I find that I am forced to manually email people who have joined to ask them to fill in the remainder of their profile information. I guess I can make their status inactive or pending until they fill out their profile forms, but we want all our members who have paid to have member benefits immediately.
Any suggestions?

Your best option is to use the form builder addon, which allows you to add extra fields to the registration form. These fields are also added to the members profile page.
