    Hi
    Users who use my access pay with a debit card.
    I use a subscription system (once a month it is paid from their card).

    I can stop renewing users subscription in my PayPal merchant account.
    I also added an unsubscribe button for users (shortcode [swpm_paypal_subscription_cancel_link merchant_id=”sdfsdf” anchor_text=”Cancel PayPal”] )

    The user can delete their account, but this does not seem to delete the subscription.

    Can users cancel subscriptions themselves?

    Hi,

    When members click on the button created by this shortcode, they will be sent to their PayPal account where the subscription to you can be cancelled.

    Unfortunately, not everyone uses a PayPal account. some users pay for the access service at the site using a card (MasterCard / Visa) the unsubscribe button doesn’t work for them

    We use the standard/simple paypal subscriptions payment option in our plugin. So it won’t be possible to add a lot of bells and whistles to that implementation.

    In the future we will try to add another PayPal API options to offer more options.
