[Resolved] Having Trouble Getting Support for Member Directory Listing Premium Add-On

I thought the premium add-ons came with enhanced support, but so far I have sent in two or three messages with questions about the Member Directory Listing add-on that have not been addressed at all. So I’m posting in the general support forum in hopes of generating a response.

I have several questions regarding the Member Directory Listing Add-on:
1. Photos uploaded to the profiles are scaled in the directory display, turning mugshots in portrait format into squares and making people’s faces look fat. Is there a way to keep the photos from being altered?
2. The Member Directory add-on documentation explains that you can change how many members are displayed per page, with the default being 30 items. [swpm_show_member_listing items_per_page=”50″] But when I change the number to a different number, such as 45, the directory won’t display at all. Only when I set the code back to 30 will the listings display properly. There must be a fix for that.
3. I would like to be able to show a member’s city and state on the Member Info page that displays their profile to other members as some of my members don’t wish to have their addresses listed. But there is only the “show full_address=”1” or “0”. How do I “0” the street address but “1” the city and state?
4. Is there a way to customize the order in which information is displayed on the Member Info page?
