Tagged: renawal stripe
Hello
After our customers automatically renew their membership, we receive money and everything is OK.
Except: The system does not get told, that they pad again, so these people are met with the message “your membership has expired”, although they just paid!
It’s causing huge amount of complaints.
Any idea how to solve this?
Thanks!
Forgot to say, we use Stripe.
Hi, please enable debug mode. Next time this happens please check the log file and report with any findings.
Thank you.
The webhooks are most likely not setup correctly. So our plugin is never receiving the notification from Stripe after the renewal. Please go through the following documentation one more time and make sure the webhooks are setup with what it says:

Also, do the debug log option as suggested by @mbrsolution.
Thanks guys.
I tried to fix the webhooks, but its just creating more problems. Stripe insists that the problem is with the thirdparty WP-plugin.
We are almost giving up here.
Would one of you be willing to have a look at the settings, if I send you the login in private? Dont mind paying for it.
After we changed the webhook, the new problem is, that new subscribers are not having an account created in WP.
