[Resolved] I can't log in to the dashboard as an administrator

I tested payments when I was logged in as an administrator. Then the administrator’s account was overwritten with the subscriber’s permissions, or I can’t log in to the dashboard as an administrator. Only the profile screen is displayed. I don’t see any plugins either.
I found swpm_members_tbl and swpm_membership_tbl in Phpmyadmin.
I have an account with the same settings that I copied the WP administrator. I want to change it in Phpmyadmin and regain administrator privileges.

However, it is not helpful because the dashboard is not displayed.
