[Resolved] Setting up registration using Form Builder addon

I purchased the Form Builder add on. I would like to have a registration process where the user fills in a form, then clicks Paypal payment button, makes the payment, Paypal tells my website that the payment was processed, the plug in registers the member and sends him an email. At the same time the member is redirected to the thank you page. There is only one type of membership for one price (no free membership). Same process for renewals, which will be on the set date once a year for all. I thought that by buying this addon, it will let me create a form that does that. However, I cannot work out how to set up this process on the form that I have built using the Form Builder.

I have read your registration overview page, and it has two confusing and convaluted ways of member registration, but not the simple solution as above.
