On the registration form, only Free membership is being shown.
On the website I have 3 levels:
1 year, 6 months & 3 days trialDo we add the levels in the form, if yes, from where.
And after adding them how will the Submit button take us to the payment page.Hi, please read the following documentation so you understand how the registration process works for our plugin and how the membership level is selected from the membership payment they make (not from the form).
