[Resolved] Error in Simple Membership Form Builder

Hi
I appreciate this a freebie option and I can’t expect any support but I thought I’d let you know about this error flagged regarding the simple membership form builder. The plugin has been running without any problems for three years and I got this notification yesterday. Hope it helps with any issues.
