When a user’s 1 month expiry account gets to an end, and they renovate it, the payment gets done but the user’s account continue’s being inactive. Why’s that?

How do you update the expiry date automatically?
Do we need to create a new button for renovations?

Do we need to create a new button for renewals or does the same button for payments work?

If you are using a “Fixed Date” expiry membership level then the account will still expire on the date that you have configured in the membership level in question.

it says this at the end. So how can we create a renovation for fixed date expiry members?

    Hi,

Do we need to create a new button for renewals or does the same button for payments work?

You can create the renewal payment buttons exactly the same way you created the normal membership payment buttons. You can even re-use the existing payment buttons (if you want to).

You should use the payment button shortcodes from this plugin to create the renewal buttons.

it says this at the end. So how can we create a renovation for fixed date expiry members?

By adding a new renewal button as described in the instructions above. Remember you need to enable the “Enable Expired Account Login” option and save the settings. Or else this won’t work.

Let me know if the above helps you.

    Thank you
