[Support request] custom forms not letting me make a new form

I am trying to create a profile form for some of my membership plans. I click add new.. it lets me create a registration.. i click to make a profile form, it gives me the error below. I try assigning the profile form to a different plan type, to see if that works.. same error.. i delete the existing registration form, and try creating just a profile form.. i get the same error.

“Error! Combination of membership level and form type must be unique.

Each of your membership levels can have ONE registration type and ONE profile type forms. Do not try to create two forms of the same type for the same membership level.

You must create a registration form before creating edit profile form.”

I’ve done this. I have create a registration form. saved it.. tried creating a profile form, with a different form name, and i get the error.
