Hi,
I am currently testing various things on a site I’m helping with.
When I changed the membership level in the backend from ‘Level A’ to ‘Level B’
it is not reflected in the profile of the member when logged in from front end – using incognito & different browser.
I logged out of the browser, cleared the cache etc. Logged back in, still showing as Level A.
Is this a time thing? How long should it take? I thought it would be immediate.
At some point I am going to need to do this for a few hundred users, as the organisation has an annual membership so I’ll be creating different levels each year. Would like to understand and get resolved asap.
Thanks in advance.

Are you talking about free or paid membership levels?
The following documentation https://simple-membership-plugin.com/manual-button-to-allow-updating-changing-membership-level/ can help you.
Also the following documentation https://simple-membership-plugin.com/creating-membership-upgrade-button/ can also help you.
