The past few weeks, I had been getting the following message upon editing member profiles on our site. And today, I’m getting it whenever I click the “members” menu at all, making it impossible to access our members’ profiles.
This page isn’t working
*******.com is currently unable to handle this request.
HTTP ERROR 500
Any ideas why this would be happening or how to fix it?
Problem has been resolved.
Hi,
I have the same problem.
How did you solve it?
Sorry for the message on 2020 thread.
Hi @mizuken, this is a server error code. Check your server log files to learn more. Or you can contact your host support for more help. Let me know what they say.
Kind regards.
Hi @mbrsolution , thank you for your reply. I will try to do it.
