    By default, every new user is set to ‘Pending’ on my site.

    When admin change his status, I would like the user receive a Welcome E-mail.

    I activated the ‘This email will be sent to your users after account upgrade.’ and changed the text for my Welcome message, but the user do not receive it.

    It is normal ? Does there is a way to notify the user when the admin change his status ?

    Hi StudioBizz, are you referring to the Notify User when you change the users account under Members?

    I decided to use 2 levels of user instead. It is easier to manage this way. Thanks for your help
