I want to edit the “You need to login to view this content. Please Login. Not A Member? Join Us” text.

I want to remove the Join Us part and also do some basic CSS edits to jazz it up. The site I have this plugin on does not allow people to sign up since it’s something for my clients AFTER their project is completed so I make accounts for them.
