I’ve set up (enabled) the T&C + PP requirements under Settings > Advanced Settings. But the check boxes are not showing on the registration form as expected.
I have cleared SG Cache and I’ve hard-refreshed my browser. I’ve logged out and back in again. No matter what the registration form only reflects whats in the Form Builder.
Is there a trick to getting these boxes to show up when using the Form Builder Addon?
Thanks
Rebecca
Can I please get some help on this issue? Thank you
Hi Rebecca, my aplogies for the late reply.
For premium addons, please create a premium-addon-support ticket. A developer will get in contact with you and help you further.
Thank you
Trouble is, the plugins were purchased by the old web designer who is no longer involved with the site. Not sure what paypal email he used so I cannot fill out the form for submitting a ticket that way.
With the form builder, you can create any checkboxes (for terms and conditions) that you want to create (that gives you greater flexibility in terms of exactly what checkboxes you want to display and where you want to show it on the form). Simply add a checkbox with that checkbox being a “required” field. So the user has to agree to it before they can complete the registration.
Thanks for the reply. I did that as a temp solution, however that causes another issue: The details of that field are showed on the member profile page to the public. Can I hide specific fields on the member profile page? Example: https://dascdoulas.org/member-info/?swpm_member_id=1198
