ParticipantWhen someone registers using the registration form, I hit the submit button and it takes them to a blank registration page instead of the page I entered in the Membership Level per the instructions in the Simple Membership After Login Redirection Plugin
Can some help me fix that?

ModeratorHi byrsvs, are you referring to the After Login Redirection Page field in the membership level?
May 28, 2015 at 2:45 pm #1900byrsvs
ParticipantCorrect
Once they have completed the registration page when they click the submit button it take takes them to another registration page that is blank. The After Login Redirect Plugin is not taking them to the page URL I entered in under the membership level per the plugin instructions.May 28, 2015 at 11:13 pm #1905mbrsolution
ModeratorHi, can you share the page URL you entered in the redirect field and also share the blank URL they are currently being redirected?
Thank you

ParticipantHello,
I have the same problem. The add-on “After Login Redirect” works perfectly. As I said the blank page appears instead the text “Registration Succesful. Please Login.” after the account creation process.
Otherwise the account is created correctly buy the front-end show the blank page and users can’t see a confirmation.
Thanks for your help.

Thanks 😉June 22, 2015 at 11:56 am #2123mbrsolution
Moderator@lluisagusti do you have a cache plugin installed in your website? Can you enable debug mode and check the log file.
Thank you

ParticipantHello @mbrsolution,
Thanks for your prompt reply. I don’t have other plugins working. The site is brand new. It does not have any external plugin, it works with:
1. WordPress 4.2.2
2. Simple WordPress Membership
3. Simple Membership After Login RedirectionThe user account is created succesfully but the users does not have any information / confirmation.
I’ve been testing in debug mode. I’ve created several user accounts and the “blank” persists. Otherwise the log.txt file remains empty.
Log file link: http://www.social-servers.com/network2/catalunyamail/wp-content/plugins/simple-membership/log.txt
Thank you very much for your time!

ParticipantHello @mbrsolution ,
Thanks for your reply. All members are free. I don’t have paid membership level. I followed the tutorial step by step and the problem of “blank” persists.
Plugin versions are the current wordpress.org repository:
1. Simple WordPress Membership —————————> Version v2.2.7
2. Simple Membership After Login Redirection ————-> Version v1.2Today I’ve been creating some accounts more and the debug log.txt file has some logs. Please check the following URL:

ModeratorHi, I see that you are up to date with your plugins. Can ask your redirect issue question under the Simple Membership After Login Redirection plugin repository. This will help the developers troubleshoot the issue further.
Thank you
