Usually when signing up for a membership site, you fill out form fields, and the “pay now” button is at the bottom – I even purchased the form builder – but i see that this flow is totally different – so I am testing – went to “pay” with stripe recurring button – that went great – into stripe recurring – I went in as a MEMBER in the correct level – ACTIVATED – and profile not complete – I did NOT get an email – tried to resend with tools numerous times – debug says email sent success!
still nothing – and i cannot even manually change a user name – https://prnt.sc/ovzpzu screen shot – I really need immediate help with this – no admin sent either – this just seems like a strange flow to me – is there a way that I can just have people create user / pass – then pay simple as that – ? but then it’s two steps – submit info THEN pay – is there no way to put a PAY button on the form so it’s all submitted together? thank you
well look at this! https://prnt.sc/ow14aa – if this link expires the REASON none of the plugin emails were not getting delivered (but log was saying it was fine) is because of the “fantastic” hosting my client chose… For those of you who may read this after the prnt screen link expires – ALL mail was getting held up at the cpanel with the message – Mail failure – rejected by local scanning code – seeing it as spam – never experienced that before – then again never had a client on namecheap. – thanks!!
