ParticipantI received the following email from someone trying to register as a paid member on my site. Please advise.
When I log into PayPal I get the following message:
Your account is limited. Please check your PayPal Account Overview page for information on how to resolve this problem.
Return to Merchant
When I go back into PayPal there is no “Overview” page, the banner across the page reads as follows:
Summary
Activity
Send & Request
Wallet
Offers
Help
So there is no “Overview” to click on.
When I try to subscribe to your site by the non-Pay Pal option, after filling in the Credit Card information right below it is the following appears to create a PayPal account which I do not need/want to do since I already have one:
Create your PayPal account

Please create my PayPal account now – I have read and agree to the E-Communications Delivery Policy, which provides that PayPal is an online service and that I will receive all account notices and information electronically via my primary email address. I have also read and agree to the User Agreement and Privacy Statement. If you provide a mobile phone number, you give us permission to contact you about your PayPal branded accounts using automated calls or texts to: service your accounts, investigate fraud, or collect a debt, but not for telemarketing. If you don’t want to receive automated calls or texts, you can change your preferences in your account settings at any time.
So basically there is no simple way to subscribe. I am no IT genius by any means but I have been able to navigate and pay for things on online without much trouble. I would be happy to send you a check for the first three months. Thanks.

That is actually a “good thing,” …for you. It means that PayPal has restricted that person’s ability to use the PayPal platform; usually due to some sort of past “bad behavior.” There is nothing you can do to help them, except to suggest they contact PayPal.
