ParticipantHello,
I am wondering if there is anyway of sorting the members list? or exporting it?
I added the mailchimp integration add on but I did not have it configured correctly initially and my signups were not being added to my mail chimp list. I was surprised there was no ‘export’ option within the plugin. Right now I am assuming I have to manually add the existing members to my mailchimp lists.
The second concern I have is that there does not seem to be any logical order that members are being added to the list in the ‘members list’ of the plugin. It is not alphabetical nor applicable by date or ID #. Right now I am running a contest to give away membership upgrades to anyone who signs up as a free memeber for the month of May; therefore, it would be very helpful to have a way of sorting the members by the join date. Sometimes I want to send members a private email thanking them for the subscription… but it is not alphabetical either, so I have to look through every name on my list. Fortunately, my list is not enormous yet but it is growing every day.
I am wondering if there is any consideration in the future to add these features to the plugin, it would be very helpful to keep things organized and really utilize the membership lists.
Cheers,

ParticipantI just saw there is a sorting option for the User ID and username. I still think it would be useful to have sorting options for all the other categories, especially membership type.
Thanks,

ParticipantThis would indeed be incredibly useful. The company that I work for needs this functionality and I have had to teach them how to use phpMyAdmin to gain this information — information that they’d rather get through the plugin itself.

ParticipantI really need to be able to sort members in the directory alphabetically. That seems like a pretty standard option for this sort of functionality…

KeymasterThe following page now has usage instructions on how to sort the listing by name:
