[Resolved] Urgent Feature Request: show whether a member is signed up for auto renewal

Hi,

I’ve asked this before and was told it would looked into, but we’re experiencing issues with auto renewal and people making manual payments.

We use the broadcast plugin, which emails people irrespective of whether they have auto renew setup or not. When the member clicks the link and logins in they can pay again.

We need something that either stops the member getting emailed or stops them from making the payment again, giving a message to say they are setup for auto renewal.

I am now having to manually refund people, who are then cancelling auto renew as they don’t want the same thing to happen again.

That then reduces the simplicity of our who membership ethos.
