[Resolved] Set up issues with Reg/Profile Forms

I’m sure I’ve done something Stupid, but I just need someone else’s input here 😒

I’ve installed-deleted and re-installed the plugin like 4 times and continue to get the same result.
An error message that reads as follows:

Error! No custom form found for this membership level. Level ID: 5

Have you created a custom form for each of your membership levels in the form builder addon? Or at least have one form that is for the generic level (meaning it will catch any level that doesn’t have a specific form)?

If there is no form to catch a membership level then the plugin will fail to render the page and show the ‘no form found’ error.

I don’t even have a Level ID: 5, I have 4 membership levels, ID Numbers 9-12 respectively (#9 being the FREE).
I’m getting the message when I attempt to save the ‘profile’ page as well.
All my default pages are as the plugin set up (no changes or moves)
I’ve enabled the ‘FREE’ option and set the field to 9
I have the Form Builder & Email Notifications Plugins

ANY help a moderator or ANYONE ELSE ca give me, will be GREATLY appreciated! Like I said, it’s probably something I’ve stupidly done or overlooked. 😒
