Shouldn’t there be registration pages for each level or one registration page with a drop-down with all the levels to select from. I just have the registration page for my trial level. Please advise. Thank you.
How are you “getting to” the registration page?

Usually, by the time the user sees the registration page; the membership level has been predetermined, and whatever gets filled in for the registration page gets applied for that membership level.However, if you are using the Membership Form Builder Addon, you can have a different registration form for each membership level.
