When visitors register or make a payment for a membership account on your website, the plugin automatically sends them a confirmation email.
You can personalize various elements of this email through the ‘Email Settings’ menu within the plugin.
To customize the “From Email Address” and “Sender’s Name” values, follow these steps:
- Go to the Settings -> Email Settings interface from the admin dashboard of the plugin
- Find the From Email Address field
- Enter the address in the following format and save it
Your Name <support@your-domain.com>
Replace “Your Name” with your actual name or the business name. For better email delivery, use an email address associated with your domain rather than a free email address (e.g., Hotmail, Yahoo).

In any section of the plugin where you encounter a ‘From Email Address’ settings field, you can use the specified format to personalize the “From Name” and “From Email Address” attributes of the outgoing email.
Configuring Sender Details in SMTP Plugins
If you are using an SMTP plugin to send emails from your server, check if the SMTP plugin has options to customize the sender’s name and “From Email Address” values. The SMTP plugin will override the sender’s details, so the aforementioned option won’t work in this case.
