We have members who pay by check or PO, how do I update their membership expiration dates?

Hi, you need to make sure you change the “Access Starts” date of the member to current date. Also, when you manually change an expired member’s account to active you also need to update the “Access Starts” date to the current date so the plugin doesn’t think that the account has run its course and revert it back to expired.

Let me know if the above helps you.

    Kind regards

Thank you, I appreciate your response. I should have clarified that these are currently active members but are paying by PO or check.

Related question is, if we have active members who both 1)renew their membership, then 2)renew it again but perhaps with check or PO , how do I make sure their expiration date is two (2) years out?

    Hi,

Make sure you adjust the following field Access Duration (required) in their membership level. You also need to make sure you change the “Access Starts” date of the member to the current date.

Let me know if you need more help.

    Thank you
