Good afternoon,
I just tryed to make a Stripe subscription payment button. I followed all the steps, but when I save the settings (or edit them) it says the product id doesn’t exists – still it was created in Stripe.
Any clues about this issue?
Kind regards
Kepler
I just tryed to make a Stripe subscription payment button. I followed all the steps, but when I save the settings (or edit them) it says the product id doesn’t exists…
The instructions also say… “we recommend leaving this blank so we can generate an ID for you.” Did you leave it blank?
still it was created in Stripe.
So, does the button work?
Good evening,
Thanks for the reply. The “Pay now” button, in test mode, yes (I didn’t try a real transaction). The subscription no: it tells me all the time that product was not found. Still, I created the product in my Stripe account before creating the button an used the ID given from Stripe.
Kind regards
Kepler
You shouldn’t be afraid to try at least 1 real subscription transaction; just to see if the button works. It’s not like we’re “going to Mars.”
