    I followed the instructions here – https://simple-membership-plugin.com/simple-membership-bulk-import-member-data-csv-file and the result was that I saw the little loading this load then it says imported 0, failed 0, success 0.

    Please offer recommendations. I’ve tried this in both Firefox and Chrome.

    Hi, are you using the CSV file provided in the documentation? Also can you enable debug mode and see if the next time when you try to import the members an error is recorded in the log files.
