WordPress Membership Plugin

I just launched my website today with a product available for purchase.
I have 28 members so far and 10 of them received the message “Email already in use” and ended up having to sign up with another email.
I have 5 people left to track down with the registration link so they can complete their membership.
How can we correct this error? We know for a fact that their emails were not registered previously.
I understand how to resolve it by generating registration links, but the more we sell – it’s not sustainable.
Please advise

The email address for those who went to sign up and received the following “Email already in use” message, is not already being used under WP Users?

No they are completely new.
Hi, those e-mails must be registered somewhere in your site. Or else out plugin would not display the following “Email already in use” message.
