There is currently, no WPML support.

So in simple words in multilingual site this plugin will not work

However, really, there are very few user messages that every get shown to the user. The remaining content you provide will still go through WPML without issue. Because your site (so far) only supports English and French, please consider using the custom message addon to create bilingual messages.
